Howdy & Bongo show came into being through our association with country artist Rick Tippe. Chris & Chris joined Ricks band in 1993 and have continued to record and tour with him. Chris Rolin's interest in jazz and world beat pop lead to some gigging in this vein. So the Chris's teamed up and Howdy&Bongo were born. Screaming. A birth like this is where the doctor slaps the mother! An abortion might have been a better option but its here now and we're stuck with it. Its like the "Deliverance" of bands....head too big, but pick the hell outta that banjo!
