" I’m not your typical fan, if there is such a thing, but wanted to write
I know you’re not a biblical man, trying to preach n sing, just to reach a new height
Listening to your songs, knowing you’re the author, there seems to be a common theme
I know you wana right the wrongs, not just as a father, but in pursuit of hip-hop dreams
I’m pretty sure you speak the truth, you’re so “grass routes”, not goin off like a mouth of booze
You speak of how you’ve been screwed over, worked harder but got lower, tryin to be a career grower
Not that I want your lyrics to dry up, I’ve been addicted since “Time’s up”, You just keep fillin that cup
I only wanted to respond to, some of what has happened to you, what it’s like from your fan’s view;
 
We love you cuz your real, your words relate way we feel,  you’re the meat in our rap meal
We listen cuz you’re true, Writing comes from you, not a sound someone can steal
We listen to you cuz we’re not sheep and we have a choice!  You are our fucking voice !
 
Now I wouldn’t say voice of a generation, cuz you’re too timeless.
Even with Candian music industry in such a fine mess
You’ve got fan’s from 99 down to age 3
And maybe one or two that really hates the idea of weed
Fan’s all over the world now know you’ve got you’re share of rhymes
You’ve exposed them to Canadiana, with a highlight of the maritimes
They know when they buy Class, their getting way they pay for,
You’re not just pumping out shit, but toiling in your labour

While you’ve been writing, mixing, producing, even marketing your name,
We don’t listen or care about those trying to steal your fame.
People who hate on you we just simply condemn
We just like you cuz you’re simply not them
You’re not gansta, beatin up ho’s, gold around your neck and hand, tryin to pack a gun
You’re not stiking a pose, tryin to wear expensive brands, claiming “I’m number 1”
I just hope you know, you’re someone who’s got his feet on the ground, someone who wants to share a laugh,
I really liked your show, I couldn’t believe how long you stuck around, thanks for the autograph
