    In the summer of 2006 DXTR was reborn in the city of Chihuahua, MX. Conducting his own research program with the motto "no job,no car,no money but hey i'm in a band" and into the likes of all things rock, singerr Juan Carlos Cano recruited bassist David Prieto, guitarist Pedro Lozano and Raul Orozco on the keyboards. After toiling away for 4 years in every bar, club and festival available in Chihuahua, playing classic rock covers for most of that time, the band decided they had reached a level of musical maturity high enough to create their own material. After a mix of both taste and influences coming from each member of the band, they finally achieved the unique sound and style they were looking for. In January 2010 the band started the writing process for their debut album "The Bright Side". For the drums they recruited Salvador Mrtnz an experienced studio drummer hired by many bands to record drums and percussion. He ended up adding himself to the line up as a permanent member. For "The Bright Side" album they wanted to include different types of music both Spanish and English. The album was released jun 2011 one month later and after years of being the only original member remaining Juan Carlos parted ways with the band due to differences in goals and visions, leaving dxtr in stand by and then creating a project of his own called Enclose.
