    Dilly Dally started off as two best friends, Katie and Liz, started playing music together in 2009. Currently based in downtown Toronto, they are performing shows as a fully fledged four piece bringing their spontaneous and carefree energy wherever they play. With an unhinged guitar sound that swirls around an engaging yet unfamiliar voice, Dilly Dally plan to play shows on their new EP before recording a full length within the year. ..........................

    I woke up and I left. I grabbed the watch he gave me, my pens, a lighter, don't lose IT now. I grabbed my hands, and the kitchen stove, didn't fucking look out the window once. I was slamming open all the drawers, he never woke. Wheres my other good sock, wheres my book, where's the letters he wrote ...got most of these things. My dark clothes, my keys, my cards and make-up. My golden hat, and ten pairs of shades that were all his. Train tickets , tokens, and jewelry my mom gave me before I ever came to this place. This frantocity in my head and bloody bloody veins, I was stealing myself from him and leaving all the debris in his own home just to make him feel more like shit and god I love him forever and ever. Jump down the stairs (for ever and ever) round the hallways and out the back. Hellen wasn't for me, nor was Jeffrey, or Gordo, or Jason-jonesy-jr. But I have things I need to tell them before its too late. You were all I needed once, in a world of Hours. Now its only seconds. And I'm ready for seconds. Theador, the old magic queen of a maid taught me that a soul must be free to stay alive. She said that I had alot of soul when I sang that song for the first time. So now I'm like her crazy rich nephew, tossing money off of building tops on Christmas Eve, which is whenever I want, cause I don't believe in some god's son's god-son of whatever...
