Bio
Janel became a "musician" (in the loosest and most meaninful form of the word) at the age of 3 and has been learning ever since. Singing came easily at such an early age and was developed through years of experience in choirs, lessons, and solos. Janel's love/hate relationship with the piano was borne when her mom started teaching her at the age of 4. In fifth grade, Janel began playing French Horn, which later transformed itself into an ability to play trumpet. All of these experiences led to a decision to trade in the French Horn during her freshman year of college for an acoustic guitar. Something clicked, and Janel wrote her first song that year using 3 chords. Since then, Janel has been involved in 3 bands and took second place in a songwriting contest put on by Silver Ant Studio. .... Her previous bands include ..Sweet Melba.., ..The Catholic School Girls.. and ..See You Sunday... ....Janel is not yet famous enough to have her Myspace site managed, and enjoys referring to herself in the third person. .... ............MySpace Layouts..............MySpace Layouts............MySpace Codes............MySpace Backgrounds............ -
