About me:
hey! :) I'm Janine. I go OCAD. I dunno it's ok but it's really hard to meet people there because there are no course section and no one really helps you although I know some people but they aren't in any of my classes and I barely ever see them. it's reallyy stressful. :( I think I prefered going to the School of Design at George Brown cause it was more hands on. sorry if I don't respond to your comment right away. I've been pretty busy with OCAD and I never go on myspace anymore. my whole "about me" got deleted by myspace. I can't be bothered to type it again though. but maybe it was really lame before so it's a good thing that it got deleted haha.Who I'd like to meet:
I don't really want to meet anyone else on myspace I don't think cause I don't really want 1000 friends! it's too much. and I definitely never want to be famous because I wouldn't be a good famous person and no one would really like me probably. I'd probably be a trainwreck and I wouldn't like to live like that. I hope I never become famous. but I wouldn't mind being a bit famous in the art & design world. I think I'd like that but not actually famous. I want to meet Natasha Khan, Ladyhawke, Sebastien Grainger, Jesse F. Keeler, Mark Hoppus, Kris Roe, Alex Turner, Alexa Chung, Lily Allen, Liam Gallagher, Noel Gallagher, Damon Albarn, Tom Delonge, Darrin Pfeiffer, Alan Cross, Julian Casablancas and the rest of the Strokes, Bif Naked and probably someone else I forgot. myspace doesn't let you post youtube videos cause myspace sucks now.Stream

Good to hear from you...
It´s been a decent year so far, although I was laid off from my job at the beginning of the year. xD But it´s all been better since I left that place. The last days working there were so stressful that being let go was so much of a relief...
But enough of that, on to better things.
I did go to the blink show, it was awesome. Can´t wait until they release new songs...
On even better news, I´m getting married in June of this year!!!
So happy about it, might even take a trip to Canada. I would love to go there.

I don't watch TV anymore but when I used to watch TV I would watch: That 70's Show, Seinfeld, CSI, Family Guy, Futurama, The Simpsons, Much Music but Much Music kinda sucks now haha, The New Music on Much (RIP), THE SHIFT, Screwed Over, Video on Trial is one of my favorite shows of all time (only when Ron Sparks is on it though). The Wedge which is the only good show on Much Music right now other than Video on Trial, MTV Canada which me and my friend Thomas refer to as the 'hipster channel' cause they play Arctic Monkeys and tons of awesome music and they're way better than Much Music usually, AUX TV which would be the best music channel if they were allowed to go to regular cable. :( you can still watch it on the internet though and they're amazing, Dawson's Creek kinda lame I know but it was my favorite show of all time growing up even though I kinda stopped watching it towards the end.Books

I don't even read that much though. right now I only read magazines, websites, and homework which doesn't involve that much reading and I'm pretty bad at reading and I'm a slow reader at least at school. but I read these awesome magazines all the time because they're amazing: NOW Magazine (available FREE in Toronto), Eye Weekly (FREE also), Exclaim! (available FREE all across Canada I think). free is pretty awesome! especially if it's an awesome free huge magazines like those ones! I read NME magazine sometimes but not as much, mostly just the website because I don't want to go to the store in plus I won't read it after 1 year. :/, NME owns all music magazine although they've been talking about shitty bands lately which I don't like! I dunno the only magazines I really read are the free Toronto ones when I'm taking the streetcar or subway! and I really need to start doing my readings at OCAD.Heroes
Stevie Nicks, Natasha Khan also known as Bat For Lashes my new favorite person ever. she's really talented and adorable and magical and nice <3, Mark Hoppus (blink) pretty much best person ever, Tom Delonge (only when he's in blink), Travis Barker, Gwen Stefani (No Doubt, been a fan since Tragic Kingdom came out it was the first alternative album/cassette I got), Bif Naked, Johnny Depp (especially when he's Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean), Heath Ledger, Kris Roe (The Ataris), Julian Casablancas (The Strokes), Morgan Freeman, Pete Doherty, my favorite person of all time, loved him since I knew about him <3 he's adorable, Alex Turner, Lily Allen, Jamie T, Joe Strummer (wish he was still alive), Thom Yorke who has the best music taste of all time and makes the best music of all time with Radiohead, Jonny Greenwood, my older cousins, anyone real who is talented and amazing. my radio heroes are Barry Taylor I miss hearing him on the radio, Darrin Pfeiffer is awesome and is friends with blink, also he's in Goldfinger so that makes him awesome X10 and he's one of the nicest guys ever, Martin Streek RIP I'll always miss listening to him talk I really wish he could have been at the Edge forever he was really a genuine, loyal, interesting and an amazing person I used to listen to him talk for hours because everything he had to say was so interesting. I was listening to him ever since I was 9 years old. I really miss him and Barry Taylor they were really the only interesting people at The Edge who always had something to say. Alan Cross and Dave Bookman, Sandra was pretty cool, Vichna from back in the day was awesome as well, I miss hearing Strombo on the Edge. And this radio station I'm talking about is 102.1 The Edge in Toronto. I've been listening ever since I started listening to alternative music back in '96/97 when I was like 9 years old. I found out about it through my brother who was really into alternative music back then but he doesn't listen to it anymore. =/ my cousins still listen to it sometimes though.
