so ive been wondering what the fuck is going on...no matter what i oversleep - on average its 10 to 14 hours.......and its seriously screwing with my mojo....I stop breathing in my sleep, ive known that for a while, but i cant wake up im always so exhausted and have to be literally dragged out of bed........jess actually threw water at me on my instruction because i knew i wouldnt get up......i also kick and flinch at night, thats always been like that......to the detriment of someone sleeping next to me..............either ive got mono, sleep apnea, or Freddy is comming for me.....booooourns
14 hours is alot of sleep. sometimes i find, if i sleep that much, and then try waking up, its not so easy, and the rest of the day im totally dragging my ass. i never really understood why when you've overslept, you still feel like you need MORE sleep.
sleep isnt something to mess with either, if its something thats hugely fucking up your life, then id check out a sleep clinic, but if its something somewhat managable, id try to live with it. sounds shitty eh? lol. theres also breathing machines you can get for apnea, so hot.
