    That is such bullcrap they took these videos off. I wish I could I buy them or at least get them on MP3.....I love all Mr. Hurt's Releases, some of my fave songs are talking casey, Payday, Boys your Welcome, Hear I Am, Lord Take me, and alot more. the only bootleg i got though is a concert of him playing live in I think 63, at Otterbien college in Ohio, I dont know how to spell it, and that bootleg is a treasure, so again, its a damn shame they take these videos down. Is this CHINA???? somewhere they must be people concious trying to make it so we don't see greatness on demand, what us spaceage slaves seem to have become, I gotta work alla time for Nothin but love and they gotta go fuck with me and take your prize down

"Mississippi" John Smith Hurt (March 8, 1892 ..[1].., Teoc, Carroll County, Mississippi - November 2, 1966, Grenada, Mississippi) was an influential blues singer and guitarist.

Raised in Avalon, Mississippi, he learned to play guitar at age 9. He spent much of his youth playing old time music for friends and dances, earning a living as a farm hand into the 1920s. In 1923 he often partnered with the fiddle player Willie Narmour (Carroll County Blues) as a substitute for his regular partner Shell Smith. When Narmour got a chance to record for OKeh Records in reward for winning first place in a 1928 fiddle contest, Narmour recommended John Hurt to OKeh Records producer Tommy Rockwell.
