General
..My favorite thing to do is TRAVEL...with my kids, my friends, and myself. Recently I've been to New York, St. Louis, Nashville, Philly, and Orlando and Dallas. Last year I visited Kelly in Boston and Nicole in Chicago, Jami in Austin, and took the kids to San Francisco. Our next trip is to Seattle in the summer. But first, a road trip this spring to the Carolina coast with friends (Asheville, Raliegh, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, and Savannah GA). This might be a sickness...I'm not sure.I like to take photographs of the places I've been and great architecture I've seen. Check some of them out in My Pics. This background picture is one I took in Naples.
I love visiting art museums, and random architectural sights...

.. I like some top 40, some alternative and the not-so-overplayed 80's tunes. And I love to play the "who sang it" game with anyone who will dare to take me on!..Movies
Television
..I love all those geeky shows on the History Channel or the Discovery channel. My current fave is "Survivorman". You never know when you might get stranded in the Amazon! I also love "Cities of the Underworld", but that guy needs to lay off the crack!..Books
..I finally gave up on Anna Karenina. With only 100 pages to go I decided life is too short to read boring books! Who wants to start a book club? Pick a good one and I'm in. ..Heroes

..I was born in Florida, grew up in Minnesota and transplanted to Arkansas when I was 16. I don't even hate it here anymore.
I'm the mom of two talented teenagers (Ashley and Dustin), who are polar opposites of one another. They are so fun to hang out with...especially now that they don't fight anymore!
I finally finished school a few years ago and got my Architecture Degree. I'm currently an Intern Architect and I'm just about to start taking my licensing exams. My job doesn't completely suck, most days.
On top of all that...I have the best friends in the world! Life is better than mediocre.
