Randy Bogacz started playing guitar at the early age of 7. Everyone in his family played at least one instrument. Listening to music from Led Zeppelin and AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Joe Satriani and others, influenced Randy’s style of music which would effect his style of writing, recording and performing in his later years. He began playing with other local musicians at the age of 17 once he left home. Along this journey, he was able to build his own studio, learned to play bass, drums and even sing. This is when his writings and recording came into play. He recorded all the instruments and vocals for this new “Dangerous” CD in his studio (Silver Dagger Music Studio), except for one song called “Angela”, which was co-written. The lead single, “Dangerous” is off his new CD with the same title. Randy claims that this song was written from the way people were talking about his guitar playing at the time. The song is really about physical attraction. It definitely jump starts this CD (being the first track) and sets the mood for the entire CD. It’s full of great lyrics, great drums, cool beat, and bass guitar that keeps that rhythm moving. As are all the other songs on this CD, it is beautifully recorded and performed. “Dangerous” was originally released back in 2007 but was re-mastered and released again in 2008. Randy is in the studio at this time recording his second CD which will be titled “Into The Fire”. This CD should be finished by summer’s end 2010. The expectation is that it will be equal to or better than the one before. The rich driving power six string chords in the title track, “Dangerous”, and the disc’s best song, “Fall to Darkness, give big nods to the sounds of bands like Great White. The inflection of this new voice in music is reminiscent of all the guitar firepower of an electric era in music.
