This Upbeat Country Duo have been winning & building a fan base throughout Northern California with their Toe-Tappin' Vocals and a Down-Home in the pocket acoustical guitar. Lean towards doing Traditional/Todays 'covers' of some of your favorite Country Artists. This Unique Duo Team (2 voices & a guitar) have a strong two part harmony as well as engaging lead vocals. The "Rockin' Horse" Duo performs a 2 hr. show with a Professional Commitment to Entertain everyone whether the Gig is; a Honky-Tonk, Private Celebration, a Rodeo, Wineries, Backyard BBQ's, Fair Events, Music Act for Film, Front Act for Main Attractions or a Corporate Affair! He has been the driving rhythm player as a drummer for many professional bands throughout his extensive musical career. That "driving rhythm" is continued over and reflected within his capabilities as an acoustic guitarist. An accomplished "multi-talented" musician, also has the gift of songwriting which is performed within the show, Jim really enjoys specializing in that Hot New Country Sound. *** ~ Mitzi-K.'s Bio ~ *** *Lead and Harmony Vocals, Songwriter *** The " Cowgirl Sweetheart " is a veteran of three decades of Professional performance on the music scene throughout the U.S.A. Singing from age of 14 with lead solos in church and onto high school Theater/Musicals/Bands (yes folks she's even done roadie work,on site merchandise & being the 'ears' for other bands).Her Professional songwriting talent received honorable mention at The Country Music Expo-Showcase in Nashville, Tennessee, Acknowledgements & Awarded for her 'Prolific' writing, as well as, Published Writer with The International Library of Poetry, Experienced Intuitive Ability for Representation/P.R./Hospitality & Networking/On Site Stage & Artist Personal Assistant(needs)Troubleshooter/Liasion.Known for her Fun Supportive Energy for Artist's within the Music/Arts Industry & Beyond. Through her Committed Drive, an Original Song penned by Mitzi-K. will be appearing in an Indie Film out of L.A. at Respective Film Festivals throughout the U.S.A. as well as the U.K.. Her "Originals" have been and are consistantly shopped to many Top Nashville Artists. Mitzi's "Country Roots" are reflected within her 'kickin' vocal leads and sweet harmony. Sounds Like
"Us !" :) * Think a "Today's" George & Tammy or Johnny & June mixed with alittle bit Sugarland, doing 'cover tunes' of their favorite people in the industry, without the backup Band, more intimate...but totally Entertaining. Have also been told that they have 'that Everly Bros. sound'. There ya go. :)
