phi•los•o•phy [fi-los-uh-fee] The ocean covers over 70% of our planet and we depend on it for survival. Unfortunately pollution, overexploitation, and habitat degradation are pushing the world’s oceans into a state of collapse. Using scientific research coupled with modern day media campaigns we will promote understanding and awareness of the many challenges facing out oceans today. These are MASSIVE issues in which humanity as we know it depends on yet there is not a conscious state of awareness and understanding for many of these issues in our society. We seek to change this by better understanding these issues and using what we understanding to educate people and create widespread awareness.
