Hello friends, Its been awhile since we've checked in. We've been all over the place since we released our last record. Here's what we've all been up to:
Daniel has been working and living in New York City, developing new music and generally being a rad dude.
Patrick lives in LA and is on tour forever this summer, mostly with the Phoenix, AZ band Dear and the Headlights. He's also playing in Cossack, Rock Dove and Mouse Kills Tiger. You can see tour dates for all of his shows at myspace.com/phinneytaylor.
Max is currently living in San Francisco and working on music. He's also recording and mixing different bands in the Bay Area. E-mail him at tenebre@gmail.com if you want him to work on your record.
To respond to some of the questions we've been getting:
Are you playing any shows in the future? Maybe at some point, but now that we're no longer living in the same area, we have no plans to put together material for more shows.
Will the Tenebre 12" be released on CD? No. We like it on vinyl, and are trying to cut down on plastic waste. Those who want a digital copy can order it separately (in high quality mp3 or .wav format). The digital copy comes free with the vinyl.
How can I order the 12" or digital download? Go to soundcyst.com for the vinyl/digital bundle. There are also copies of the vinyl at various stores in the Bay Area, including Amoeba, Streetlight, and Metamusic.

So our new record has been out for over a week now! Many of you already got your copies. The record is being stocked at Amoeba in San Francisco, with some other Bay Area stores stocking the record in the coming weeks.

Hello, So, after long deliberations, our record is finally here and ready to see release.
Tenebre 12" 1. Dust 2. Freedom 3. Platinum Standard 4. Soft Eyes 5. Sun Song First copies will be shipped out/available in stores Tuesday, August 19th.
We are still selling preorders here up until the day of the release. For those of you who haven't checked our last entry, we are giving away a special CD along with the LP titled Sun Song, which includes both material from the new record and older demos that never saw an official release. There have been only 300 of these made and are mostly available in Japan. We've been able to accommodate all preorders so far with a CD, but we can only accommodate another five preorders with CDs.
Additionally, all preorders come with digital downloads of the new album along with a download of our old full length, In Everything Give Thanks. Lots of music. After preorder season is finished we will still bundle the record with a digital download, but only of the new record.
