Being woken up by the sun streaming through my blinds and basking in the heat, in love with the fact that it marks the start of another delicious summer; can't wait. Playing dress up, lounging on sun-warmed grass, swooning in discos, kissing in the street, running around to my new favourite song on repeat, shimmying to soul jazz funk, scribbling bits of stories in nice notebooks, baking iced cupcakes, flipping funny-shaped pancakes, frolicking in very high heels and carousing in nought but lace and pearls upon stacks of kitten-soft creamy white faux fur. I would buy the real stuff if I could find a kitten big enough.
