Rihanna is not known for her subtle taste in clothing … she’s been known to don outfits that leave almost nothing to the imagination. But here’s a look that shows she’s not only into fashion — she’s also quite the cunning linguist.

Ri stepped out Wednesday in London in a t-shirt emblazoned with the phrase “C**t Life” on it, with a picture of a rifle over it.

The shirt is clearly a reference to the late Tupac Shakur, who had the words “Thug Life” tattooed across his abs. Rihanna also has the words “Thug Life” inked across her fingers.

Last fall, Ri told British Vogue magazine that she doesn’t even think “c**t” is a bad word.

“That word is so offensive to everyone in the world except for Bajans,” she said. “You know African-Americans use the n-word to their brothers? Well, that’s the way we use the c-word. When I first came here, I was saying it like it was nothing, like, ‘Hey, c-nt,’ until my make-up artist finally had to tell me to stop. I just never know.”

Critics who say Rihanna is a bad role model for kids will inevitably have a field day with her latest fashion “stunt.” But we’re almost certain that she won’t really care.

“See, people, they want me to be a role model just because of the life I lead,” she also told British Vogue. “The things I say in my songs, they expect it of me, and (being a role model) became more of my job than I wanted it to be. But no, I just want to make music. That’s it.”

Ri is in London working on material for her upcoming album.
