I guess today is going to go down on the Internet as #Apocopaloza because of the giant thunderstorm and festival evacuation. But when Lolla reopened, the air was cooler and cleaner and everyone was ready to get back in there. People covered themselves in mud (cause I mean, it’s a rock festival) and just went right back to it. I myself stayed clean, but I really appreciate the people who just went for it.

Hours slept: 4

Beverages drank: 3 bottles of water and 2 glasses of white wine (cause I’m a lady like that)

Best show I saw today: I didn’t see as many shows today. But I made sure to get to Frank Ocean. Again. Amazing again. And Delta Spirit rocked really hard right before the storm came. The Weekend wasn’t as good live as I hoped they would be… it was a little pitchy.

Most fun party of the night: A midnight bbq with my friends on the festival grounds just reliving the day and eating corn on the cob…which was the first thing I’d eaten that day so it tasted like sweet survival.

Celebrity sightings: The best one still is Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul. Everywhere he goes people are psyched to see him … cause that guy is talented. But there is a guy here from True Blood — not a vampire, but a werewolf. I think. Yeah, for sure he’s a werewolf.

Weird sightings: People completely covered in mud dancing to dupstep. They almost look like zombies.

Interesting trends: Mud. Wearing it. Sliding in it. Make angels in the mud.

What people are buzzing about: Everyone seems to have a “Where I was when we got evacuated” story to tell.
