If you’re reading this, chances are good that you’ve already seen Chris Nolan’s final film in his Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. Chances are also good that if you’re a human being who is alive in 2012, you’ve heard Carly Rae Jepsen’s catchy-as-hell song “Call Me Maybe.” With me so far? Good. Then I’m gonna go ahead and say that chances are exponentially good that you’ll like “Batman Maybe,” a parody music video directed by Wesley Freitas that combines the two in a pretty entertaining way. Fans were evidently not pleased with yesterday’s fiery poster for Chris Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, and while I still stick to my guns and say it looks pretty cool, I’ll admit that it appears like not a lot of work actually went into it. (ScreenCrush has a great animated .gif of how easy it is to put that poster together, which I’d highly encourage checking out.) Now, ComingSoon points us to six new character posters featuring Batman, Catwoman, and Bane, and these are at least a bit more visually striking than the yesterday’s poster. Take a look below.

Oh hardcore kids, you do the craziest things: In case you missed the influx of Twitter and message board posts, the third day of last weekend’s Sound And Fury Festival in Santa Barbara, California, was shut down by authorities on Sunday after a riot broke out.

But here’s the strangest part: The reason it was canceled was because someone tried to start what people are dubbing a “cycle pit” by driving a motorcycle into the middle of the crowd during Backtrack’s set, thus eliminating sets by Bane, Earth Crisis and others.
